100 details for 100 days Day 41

Day 41

To start the week I have another extremely simple embellishment for braids. It consists of a favourite of mine which is made up of a single detached chain stitches worked in DMC pearl 5 and two straight stitches. A seed bead is at the base of these but you can add a seed bead to the ends of the straight stitches or substitute the straight stitches with a bugle bead.

Julia (aka Ribbonwiz) Camille’s Place has posted a tutorial on how to make a Wired ribbon Pansy.

Today Pam Kellogg of Kitty & Me Designs has a design for a single peacock feather and Annie Whitsed of Annies Crazy World has highlighted a button cluster.

Rissa of Rissas Pieces is discussing transferring images to fabric using an inkjet printer.

Debbie of Needle Lil More Time to Sew has featured a grape vine that runs along a seam.

For anyone just swinging by this series of posts are listed under 100 details for 100 days in this blog. Over on Flickr it is associated with the Crazyquilting Group and photos are tagged 100detailsin100days
