This detail shows 3 different seam embellishments. The first that runs diagonally across the left of the image is simply consists of straight stitch that has been arranges in two clusters. A largish green bead was stiched in the middle and the radiating straight stiches were topped off with a seed bead.
The second seam embellishment that runs diagonally up towards the top right corner of the image is a row of buttonhole stitch which has been embellished with a detached chain stitch worked in DMC pearl 5 the other side od the row has had straight stitches worked in a V with a bugle bead stitched in the centre.
The third row of stitching is worked over the scalloped edge of lace. On one side is caston stitch worked in a silk thread which is the same weight as DMC pearl 12. On the other side is a row of single detached chain that has straight stitches radiating from it.
