Work in Progress Wednesday

Work in progress …. errr … there is none. Often guilty comments are left saying the author has been busy or been away etc so they  have not done anything in the way of stitching. I have to fess up and say I have been away in Sydney! I dont have a work in progress report to make. I feel totally guilt free, and I am busy enjoying myself seeing the Sydney Biennale.

Here is the holiday pic just to rub it in. It’s back to normal by next week.

Great to see that you are enjoying yourself! Have a super time! Very little accomplished here as busy summer, and computer crashed. Just trying out the new one… Enjoy!

I am on the road with DH driving, giving me time to work some this week, however Sydney and London sound better to me! This weeks wisp is a section of crochet buttons that I have been working on for some time. The sections still needs the bead ‘bling’ and filler, maybe next week it will find it’s way there?

I had several blocks almost done when we started posting WIPS – just needed a push to finish them.
Quilting retreat this weekend, should make some progress — unless I’m too busy talking.

It feels good to keep working on this project. I think this block is finished now and I will move on to the next one. Thanks

  6. Funny you should say that, Sharon, but I’ve been away in London this last long weekend too and have only put in a few stitches on a small piece for a card in hardanger and done half a baby knit cardigan front – nothing on any of the WISPs.=)

Great to see you relaxing for a change Sharon.
    The smile says it all.

No stitching of any kind here, either, but my kitchen is coming along nicely. Of course, all I’m actually doing is cleaning up after and being a gofer for my brother, who is installing the kitchen, but it’s too messy & frazzling to stitch. I may get to some stitching in a couple of weeks.
