Work in Progress Wednesday

I would like share the start of another Crazy Quilt Journal Project block.  This is the block for November! I am on the homeward run for this challenge. I have been playing catch up for ages. Hopefully in the next week or so I will be able to share the finished block.

Crazy quilt block for Crazy Quilt Journal Project 2012

No doubt as Christmas grows near I will be more difficult to work on long term projects  and write these reports. No matter what religious denomination you are I am sure the story will be the same particularly once holiday season preparations are in full swing. So I have decided to put these reports on hold during December but will open a space for those that do manage to report their progress each week.

But in the meanwhile I am going to try my best to get this challenge done!

Also the news is that next year there will be another challenge. Registrations for CQJP 2013 is open.

What a lovely block, I’ll look forward to seeing your progress.
A dear friend died this year and I’ve started a CQ with some pictures of her as a gift for her husband. I predict that we will both cry. Hopefully – since it is to be a Christmas gift – there will be some progress to show next week.
