My New Stitch Dictionary has a Wikipedia listing!

screenshot of siteI will be unbearable for a month as the new Stitch Dictionary that I have built here on Pintangle has made Wikipedia. My stitch dictionary and TAST  is featured as part of the Textile Arts portal under the embroidery stitches category. I am over the moon that a kind soul has done this. Most of all a key driver for me is that I want this site to be useful and it is wonderful to get this type of response.

Anyway here is the article in Wikipedia.

Incase you have not checked out the new Stitch Dictionary follow the link and for future reference it is listed via the top navigation tabs

I think it is fabulous! Shortly after I discovered crazy quilting, a new CQ friend suggested your site for learning new stitches. I have been referred to a few other sites with tutorials, but have always preferred your website. I love the alphabetical listing of the stitches and your tutorials are great. Wikipedia will be directing stitchers to an incredible resource. Writing tutorials is time consuming work. Thank you for putting your time into that for all of us and for offering TAST to encourage us to give them all a try! Congratulations!
