Make your own Christmas Cards

It is that time of year when you drag out the glue, the glitter, sequins, beads, scraps of lace, braid and ribbon, old Christmas decorations, and embark upon making cards. There are all sorts of ideas to be found online for making your own Christmas cards many of them provide an opportunity to use up all sorts of scraps accumulated throughout the year.

I have been poking about and found a few links to sites that provide free designs. This Christmas Tree Card looks easy and quick and a way to recycle old buttons.

If you have any glittery fabric paint drying in the bottle whip it out at this quick card with scribbled Christmas tree is a great way to use it up.

With only 21 days to Christmas life is getting busy here its nice to be able to take time out and muck about with paper and glue. So I am off to do just that.
