This morning I am going to point altered book and collage artist Karen Hatzigeorgiou’s site Karens Whimsy. The site houses Altered Books, Reliquaries, Wall Hangings and Collage Art. Links to her blog Artful Journey and the site also houses a number of tutorials such as treating paper in various ways, creating interesting background papers, creating interesting stamps using string and doing image transfers. Finally don’t miss her Public Domain Images
I just joined the TAST last week… did my first stitch…. the fly stitch on a ATC… I plan to add to this project each week and make a folding TAST book out of them…
Thank you Sharon for all your time and my prayers are with you during your surgery and for a speedy recovery…
My two attempts at the fly stitch are in my blog…

sorry if my comments are sometimes double, but when my computer stops before the comment is submit, I have no idea if it went well or not!
I love Karen work, thank you for your choice! I hope you feel beter soon.
I am a big fan of Karen, for some time now, thank you for your choice! Corina

Judy.
I’m so glad you’re well enough to post today (your Monday!!)…your choice of Karen’s Whimsy is a good one. I have always enjoyed visiting her site/blog, and if nothing else, folks will like her ideas and perhaps apply something to their own artful endeavors. On another note, I thrilled pink (although sorry for Jerry) that you mentioned bloggers and rip-off eye candy. Healthy thoughts and good germs your way!!
