This area is found on section 41 of The for Love of Stitching Band Sampler.
I worked knotted loop stitch in an oval shape. Then filled the middle with seed beads. Th thread is hand dyed silk that has the same thickness as cotton perle #8 thread.
The stem is made of twisted chain stitch.
