Placement and Foundation Fabric:
This seam is between piece 5 which buts up against pieces, 1,2 and 6 on the diagram I used when I introduced block 6 In the same article I also talked about the foundation fabrics I used.
Braid
This braid was a remnant discovered in a soft furnishing store in Canberra.
Beads:
See beads are set in the middle of the straight stitch and detached chain stitch and small seed bead are stitched along the bottom of the braid.
