This is a hand embroidered seam on block 67 of the I dropped the button box Quilt. I first decorated the seam with some brown rid-rac, secured to the block with zig-zag chain stitch worked in a brown rayon thread. I next created the row of flowers using silk ribbon for the leaf and bullion knots wrapped with chain stitch flowers. I also added a row of fly stitches secured with french knots worked in #5 perle cotton.
