Well occasionally, just occasionally some stitching gets done around here.
I actually have another block for the lace quilt finished!
If you click on the image you will see a larger version. The blocks I have so far worked are in a category titled lace quilt.
Enjoy the eye candy!
NOTE: For those waiting on the set of stitch files I am working on them
The first word that came into my head when this block appeared on my screen was 'Bridal'. It reminds me of an old fashioned wedding dress. I know they were usually white or ivory, but something about this block just puts a bride into my head.
Stunning, Sharon!! That seam treatment/sprig with the soft lavender beads is just to die for! YUM!
This is beautiful!! I don't usually care for pastels, but this one is extraordinary. It's good to see you stitching!
This takes my breath away. So soft and feminine, and I adore all the beads and buttons you've used.
Sharon, the "grasses" are so beautiful!!
This is beautiful Sharon!
This is an eye candy indeed! I like these soft colours. Beautiful lace, beads, mother-of-perl buttons and silk ribbon – they go really well together. This is my favorite of all your laze blocks. Can't looking at it.
Hello Sharon, this is so pretty. I love the sprigs of lavender [I assume it is lavender ??]. These lovely soft colours work so well with lace. Your embroidery is always so tastefully placed and well executed. Cheers.
