I have started another block for my lace quilt. If you look carefully I have started some embroidery but there is still lots to go! I am progressing but it feels slow. The blocks are 7 inches square but I have been doing these for a while and there is always a bit of hump with big projects I think I am hitting one with this quilt!
In case your wondering about the frame I have the block on I am still using it and really like it. I wrote a review of the Grip-n-Stitch embroidery frame review here.
I was given a gift of lace “towards my next quilt” and I wrote about it here. I have since worked out there is enough lace for at least another 2 quilts after this one!
The other blocks I have worked you can see in the Lace Quilt category

Work in Progress Wednesdays (WIP Wednesdays) is not exactly a challenge as it is more a support group! The idea is to cox and encourage people to complete large and/or languishing projects or WISPs (Works in Slow Progress) or if you are in the process of working a large project to regularly share your progress via a blog or public photo site like flickr.
If you have made progress on a large project leave a comment with a link to your site. If you include the http bit of your web address in the comment it will become a link and folks can visit and see what you have done.
If you want to know more about Work in Progress Wednesdays visit the FAQ
All my Work in Progress Wednesday reports are under that category.

This is a lovely tone-on-tone block with lots of pretty lace. I hope the comments on your block cheers you on and help you to conquer this hump!
I wrote about my progress and an additional WIPW-project on my blog:

A piece with quite subtle colouring, isn’t it? It’s going to be very classy indeed.=)
Here’s my report for the week – something on *all three* projects, I’m thrilled to say=) :

Nice block! The large piece of lace, part of a doily(?) is almost a piece in itself. Don’t give up!
My progress is here:http://queeniepatch.blogspot.jp/2013/02/wipw-sequins-and-beads.html
Can’t imagine enough lace to make a quilt. Yummy.
I’m not familiar with that frame. Thanks for the review.
My crazy WIP (amongst other more sane WIPs) is my Crazy Basket Case lap quilt.
