I have been browsing the Art Passions site which has grown out of a love of illustration and an antique fairy tale book habit. Take a look around and explore the site find out about such artists as Arthur Rackham, Gustave Dore, William Morris, Aubrey Beardsley, Edmund Dulac, Kay Nielsen, Adrienne Segur, Sulamith Wulfing, Warwick Goble, the Preraphaelites and above all do take some timeout to enjoy their works. There are some totally delightful illustrators in this group and often on this site their complete works are fully illustrated online do swing by and relive some old favourites.
Just in case you are wondering I am stewing over ideas for next year and doing a bit of visual research.
