We are now at block 31! I have always liked this block as it is so overladen with vintage buttons. There are 11 of them but they sit OK. It is also one of the few blocks that has a plain seam. Can you see it? Between piece 1 and piece 2 is a seam which I did not embroider but no one ever finds it. I left it because it felt like the block had enough on it. I have always enjoyed this block and I hope you will enjoy the details coming up too!

Sharon, I have always loved your button quilt! It’s what inspired mine. Now to get it sewn together and hung on my wall!
Like Linda, I have always loved monochrome blocks especially white/cream. This one is gorgeous and may even end up being my favourite on the whole quilt. However, I counted 16 buttons, including the 5 ‘leaf’ ones, which don’t seem to be on the materials list. Hope I haven’t messed up the count, lol.
This one is gorgeous Sharon. I always love cream on cream on cream with white!!! The beading and buttons are interesting. I am enjoying the blocks broken down and commented on.
