Day 83 in 100 Crazy Quilt details I am sharing a little design element that adds something different to a crazy quilt block. This detail is from a crazy quilt project includes a vintage button that is tucked into a prairie point.
Prairie points are great to include in a crazy quilting project. They are just a little different and unexpected people are always surprised to discover prairie points. Also you can tuck things into them!
The prairie point is tucked into a seam as I assembled the block. In other words it is added during the construction phase of making the block. The seam was then covered with lace that is heavily beaded.
