Milliande demonstrates a range of image transfer techniques using gel medium and using Gesso in this video. The video was produced for an ATC swap but these techniques can be applied to any of the paper arts including art journals of course. There is an element of trial and error in some of the pieces but I liked the honest illustration of the process.
