This band is made up of buttonhole worked reasonably close together in a scallop formation. At the peak of each scallop I worked 5 straight stitches in a fan shape and added a seed bead to the middle.

The For Love of Stitching Band Sampler is 15 cm (6 inches) wide. It consists of different strips of fabric which are are stitched together to form one long strip. It currently measures 24.8 yards or 22.75 metres long and I have more bands to add.

I like the designs of the buttons, and how button can be placed in various garments and apparels. They are made creatively. I would like also to make one of those designs too.
