Seam decoration on crazy quilt block:
This seam detail is found on block 48 of the I Dropped the Button Box crazy quilt.
The embellishment is made created by working a line of feather stitch along the seam. It is stitched in perle cotton thread #5. I then added small beads to the ends of the ‘arms’.
