I placed an order with you on November 27, 2024 and my credit card was also charged for the order. It was for one of the template for embroidery and one of the color packs. As of this date 12/11m 2024 I have not received the order nor have I heard that there was a problem. Please advise, thank you

When you placed the order you should have received an email confirming your order then a follow up email with your tracking number. Your order was dispatched the same day as you placed it.
