I have started another block for my lace quilt. Once again I have started some embroidery but there is still many areas to work! The block is 7 inches square and the colours are a bit different. I have 4 blocks like this that will be part of this quilt and I think they will be a bit of a challenge to work.
In case your wondering about the frame I have the block on I am still using it and really like it. I wrote a review of the Grip-n-Stitch embroidery frame review here.
All the lace on it is vintage lace I was given “towards my next quilt” and I wrote about it here.
You will find all the other blocks in the Lace Quilt category

This will be another gorgeous block, I especially like that lace across the top.
I’m glad you are doing WIP Wednesday – keeps me on track. Seems like I can’t get anything done without some kind of deadline. Here is the newest champagne block

I have no idea what colours I would use on this block, so I’m looking forward to see what you’re going to do with it.
Only progress on one of my WIPW projects, I wrote about it here:

It only just turned Wednesday is Colorado, USA, so you can find my WIP at my blog link above.
I love this mature colour selection. And the use of curves. Don’t suppose it’s as easy but I like the way it blends the thing more.
Your new quilt seems to be really steaming ahead, Sharon! You’ve had a far more productive week than I have. This is all I can offer today, but at least there *is* something:

Hopefully I can proudly display a finish or two within the next week…..
