Work in Progress Wednesday

Crazy quilt block for Crazy Quilt Journal Project 2012This year I am participating in the Crazy Quilt Journal Project 2012 but fell behind. This is my block for October done! I shared this bare block last week and explained why I chose the colour scheme. As regular readers know I am behind with this challenge but I am catching up!

Also the news is that next year there will be another challenge. Registrations for CQJP 2013 is open. I am not sure if I will do it next year but I am tempted. I will be thinking about it as I play catch up.

This is really pretty. But not too overloaded. Tasteful. I like it.

Sharon, your block is beautiful! I need to have racing fingers – sometimes mine go so slow that they are close to going in reverse.
I finished block 22 for my champagne quilt.

Marci racing fingers has to do with which gear you are in at the moment I am in overdrive as I know in a few weeks with the holiday season family matters will take over

  8. Oh, you’re so QUICK!
Although you have worked fast, the result has not suffered! It is a charming block with all its flowers.
