The Detail:
This detail on block 20, is a line of herringbone worked in silk thread. The row has been tied with green perle 8 thread. Straight stitches run along the top the row and they are topped with small beads. This detail runs along the edge of piece 4 on the block.

Sharon, There are curved rows of chain stitches across piece 4, the tannish silk. Was that on the fabric or did you stitch it? Ila
