It was a long weekend this week in Canberra and as you can see I have finished the block I was working on. I went a bit mad with the buttons and beads I think but nevertheless it turned out OK

I love the way you used different buttons and lace as flowers off of the couched (?) stem. Gonna have to tuck this idea away for future use. ;0)

“turned out OK”….that is an understatement! I love all the buttons and beads but then I’ve never subscribed to the “less is better” theory on anything! I love embellishments. The more the merrier! The square is beautiful.
I am taking your class now and would certainly sign up for another.
