British animator David Newton has animated the Bayeux Tapestry and put it on YouTube. Movement and sound certainly adds something to the narrative told on this famous embroidery.

Fascinating! I have seen the Bayeux Tapestry a couple of times and its amazing. I am going to Normandy again at the end of May and it is on our list of must-sees, so seeing this animation has put a new light on it. Thanks for the link.
